    Product Overview

The ICEMAC Acoustic Louver is engineered to reduce noise transmission while ensuring efficient airflow in HVAC and ventilation systems. Built with galvanized steel casing and blades, it offers high durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

For enhanced acoustic performance, it incorporates 5mm perforated sheet metal blades and rock wool insulation (70 kg/m³, 50mm thickness) to absorb and dissipate sound. This makes it ideal for HVAC duct systems, mechanical plants, and noise-sensitive environments requiring effective sound control without obstructing airflow.

    Available in two configurations:
ICL-A (Standard Acoustic Louver) – Designed for reliable noise reduction and steady airflow.
ICL-B (Enhanced Acoustic Louver) – Features additional insulation for improved sound absorption and reduced noise transfer.

Beyond noise control, these louvers also protect against rain, debris, and airborne particles, ensuring long-term functionality in all operating conditions.

    Key Features

Advanced Noise Reduction – Integrated rock wool insulation (70 kg/m³, 50mm) and perforated blade design effectively minimize sound transmission.

Durable & Corrosion-ResistantGalvanized steel construction ensures long-term durability, with aluminum or stainless steel options available.

Optimized Airflow Design – Engineered for maximum ventilation efficiency while controlling noise.

Weather-Resistant SurfaceElectrostatic powder coating provides added protection against corrosion and wear.

Customizable Aesthetic & Sizing – Available in RAL 9010 (Pure White) & RAL 9016 (Traffic White), with custom RAL colors on request.

Flexible Installation – Can be screw-mounted or integrated into HVAC ducts using a secure M-bolt connection system.
